Life hits hard sometimes doesn’t it?

It can be confusing, frustrating, and down right annoying.

We so often talk about a new year as being something exciting and wonderful (and it is!) but what about those who are struggling already? What about those who lost someone this week? Who were let go of a job they love? Who broke up with someone?

Whenever I speak at an event (corporate or education) I always try and end with the same message. That you’re here for a reason.

That you bring something to the table that is unique, special, and needed.

So yes, you may be frustrated today that you didn’t get the promotion, that you’re not where you want to be, that you’re not WHO you want to be yet.

But you know what?

You’re exactly where and who you were meant to be in THIS moment.

This moment here right now needs you.

Don’t forget that.
